You already know what the old way feels like - rushed visits, “normal” labs, and no real answers.

There are three ways to look for answers. Here’s how they compare.

Traditional care

Built to manage symptoms

  • Rushed visits, one-size-fits-all approach
  • “Your labs look normal”
  • Prescription-first fixes; root cause stays hidden
  • Costs climb year after year

DIY lab testing

Data without a doctor

  • Large lab panels, delivered as raw scores
  • No one who knows you or your history
  • Flags problems - doesn’t build your plan
  • You’re left to interpret it alone
Recommended

The CURA way

Root-cause care, built around you

  • Advanced labs customized to your story — including markers others skip
  • A doctor who knows you interprets every result
  • A Personalized Healing Plan: nutrition, supplements, lifestyle medicine
  • Costs go down as you heal

The old way

Pay more year after year

The CURA way

Invest in healing now - costs drop once you reach Thrive.

Pricing questions

A clear start helps you plan care with confidence.

Is lab testing included?

Lab testing is not included in the Wellness Assessment or membership. Members receive 10% off labs. Typical blood testing during the initial phase ranges from $250–$550, and functional testing commonly ranges from $400–$600 depending on what is recommended.

Can I use HSA/FSA funds?

Yes! You may use HSA or FSA funds for visits, lab work, and supplements.

What other costs should I expect?

Depending on your individual plan, additional costs may include lab testing, supplements, medications, or other recommended therapies. We’ll always discuss recommendations and associated costs with you so you can decide what feels right for you.

Is messaging included in the cost?

Messaging with Dr. Sarah is included for membership patients and is intended for brief questions, clarifications, and support between appointments. For à-la-carte patients, ongoing messaging is not included. Questions about your treatment plan, new symptoms, or changes to your care will require a scheduled follow-up appointment so they can be addressed thoroughly.

Do I have to join a membership?

No. After your Initial Wellness Assessment, you can choose the level of support that best fits your needs, including membership or à-la-carte care.

Can I submit my visits to insurance for reimbursement?

CURA is a cash-pay practice and does not bill or participate with insurance. Superbills can be provided upon request for eligible services; however, reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends entirely on your individual insurance plan and out-of-network benefits. Because CURA is structured as a cash-pay practice, superbills are provided as documentation of services rendered and are not structured or modified to guarantee insurance reimbursement.
